Load surfacing material from Government stockpiles and hauling it to the Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. The refuge is located approximately 30 miles northwest of Green River, Wyoming. The haul distances will range between 0.5 and 25.0 miles. The stockpiles are the property of the Government; no charge will be made to the contractor for the use of these materials on this project. Delivery of the material will be between June 15, 1999 and August 13, 1999. The schedule will be based upon the availability of Government equipment and personnel. It shall be the contractors responsibility to provide the proper loading and hauling equipment to maintain a material delivery rate of 75 to 100 cubic yards per hour at the location of the Government's material spreading equipment.
