Level I, Subsafe certification documentation is required. The Norfolk Naval Shipyard will give thecontractor an oppertunity to purchase Government owned old sleeve material for recycling purposes. This requirement will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements Type Contract for a Base Year and four (1) one-year option periods. Delivery shall be F.O.B.
