Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, Tracy, CA has a requirement for the following items: Removal and disposal of 15 EA air conditioning units, furnaces, and evaporator coils. Provide and install 15 EA new 3.0 ton-10 Seer condensing unit w/liquid line drier. Location same as 3.0 Ton unit. Use all existing electrical and refrigerant lines. Install 15 new 75,000 BTU -- 80% efficient upflow furnace, w/matching evaporator coils. Use all existing duct work, electrical, flue and gas lines. Units must have two year parts and labor extended three years on compressor and eight years on heat exchangers only. Contractor to furnish material and loabor in accordance w/the above specifications.
