The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) anticipates issuing a solicitation for ACEWS, a classified nonstandard Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Security Assistance Management Directorate program for the design, engineering, fabrication, integration, test, fielding, spares and support of a mobile army communications electronic warfare system and simulation environment. This is a Commercial Off-The-Shelf/Nondevelopmental Item (COTS/NDI) requirement for the FMS customer. A DRAFT solicitation has been published on the Army Business Opportunity Page (BOP). All comments will be reviewed and responses posted. However, comments are required at the earliest possible time. The Performance Specification is a classified document. Preparation of proposals, and performance under this effort, will require access to classified documents. Prospective bidders require SECRET facility clearances. To be cleared for a facility clearance, prospective bidders must provide the contracting office, in writing, with complete facility addresses and cage codes. Telephone requests will not be honored.
