The contractor shall completely prepare site and furnish all tools, materials and equipment necessary and perform all work to install EPDM sheet roofing system on approximately 147 squares of roof area on Building 103 at VA Medical Center, Bath, New York in accordance with specifications and Drawing No. VAMC-514-1613. Demolition work will include removal of existing built-up roofing, insulation, flashing (asbestos material)and perimeter gravel stop. New work will include installation of insulation, vapor barrier, EPDM sheet roofing and new perimeter gravel stop. Contemplated issue date is June 4, 1999 with an approximate opening date of July 6, 1999. The cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. A refundable bid deposit of $100.00 made payable to the VA Medical Center is required for each set of drawings and specifications.
