Provide A/E Open End Mechanical/Electrical inefinite delivery contract for A/E services for the development of drawings, specifications, design calculations and cost estimates for tasks between Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System at Montgomery and Tuskegee, and the A/E for a varity of assignments involving both campus mechanical and electrical systems as well as the plumbing, heating ventilating and air conditioning systems. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (See numbered Note #1). The A/E upon receipt of a duly executed task order, perform all investigations and design services required for this contract. The basic contract period for all contracts will be one (1) year with four (4) option years for a maximum duration of five years. One year contract period will not exceed $250,000.00 with each task order being $25,000.00 or less. The area of consideration is limited to A/E firms located within 100 mile radius of the medical center. This is not a request for proposals, only 254's and 255's are required to be submitted (See numbered note #24). The government intent is to awaerd two (2) contracts.
