Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to complete the repair of the Sewer Lift Stations, MFH, at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. The work involves demolition and removal, excavation and trenching, installing underground force mains, valves and manholes, facility modification and upgrade, installing pumps and piping, installing electrical controls, and installing a wireless alarm system. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract with 60 days for material submittal and 195 days construction performance period for a total performance period of 255 calendar days. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted and open to all firms, including small and small disadvantaged concerns. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 1623 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $17 million. The successful contractor will be selected using performance/price tradeoff procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government. Performance is significantly more important than price.
