This requirement is to publish 3 to 4 SAMHSA articles on managed care in "Health Affairs." Also, to improve access to researchers and policy makers to state-of-the-art research findings on the financing and delivery of MH/SA services and insurance. The products of this project shall include: 1) Publication of a section in an issue of mental health/substance abuse managed care in Health Affairs journal. A "section" is comprised of three to four articles; 2) Peer-review by experts of their editor's choice of articles that SAMHSA submits, which may originate from SAMHSA staff or under SAMHSa contract; 3) Professional editing of articles to be published.
