This is a firm-fixed price contract with SIC code of 1542. Competition
for this acquisition is unrestricted, open to both large and small
business concerns, and may require a subcontracting plan. If a
subcontracting plan is required, the following minimum goals are
applicable: Small Business Subcontracting -- 61.2%; Small Disadvantaged
Business Concerns -- 9.1%; Women-Owned Small Business Subcontracting --
4.5%; and HUBZone Small Business -- 1.0%. The magnitude of construction
is more than $10,000,000.00. The project will consist of the
construction of a new, two-story physical fitness center, approximately
7,800 square meters (84,000 SF). The building will provide strength
training, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, squash, aerobics,
boxing, and indoor lap swimming facilities. The building construction
is of masonry bearing walls, concrete columns, and steel beams and bar
joists. Some laminated timber is used as a finish only. The foundation
system consists of a ribbed mat slab. The exterior is exposed concrete
masonry with a standing seam metal roof. The building is fully
sprinkled. The site work includes paving, drainage, utilities, and
landscaping. The project also includes asbestos abatement and
demolition of the existing fitness center building (after completion of
the new facility.) Mechanical system includes a gas-fired boiler and
air-cooled chiller. Bonding will be required for this acquisition.

specifications is $120.00 per set and is non-refundable. Checks should
