Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to perform the following: The project includes, but is not limited to surface preparation, exterior painting and final cleanup of buildings, portions of buildings, towers, and other structures either residential or commercial. The resulting contract shall be an Indefinite Deliver, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and will be for a Basic period plus four option years. Individual delivery orders that specify respective work and location(s) will be issued against the contract. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. SIC is 1761. The size standard is $17 Million. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the WEB page via the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Any prospective bidders interested in bidding on this solicitation are asked to register in order to be placed on the bidder list.
