Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price,
Requirements Type Contract for a Period of one (1) year with one (1)
year option period if exercised. This requirement is for Glue &
Hardener. Interested parties may obtain solicitation from web site:
www.unicor.gov/procurement. The Glue & Hardener used in this contract
should be as follows: ADH0012 Adhesive Compound: Paint Brush Setting,
Epoxy Based, Resin formulated for brush setting use, available in
various penetrating grades. Setting compound shall withstand the test
as specified in paragraph 4.4.3 of federal specification H-B-420K
without softening or deteriorating, softening, or loosening of the
bristle or filaments. Must work with the Hardman Triplematic Pump,
Series 500 A-D. ADH0013 Curing Agent/Hardener: For use in conjunction
with ADH0012 compound brush setting. Must work with Hardman Triplematic
pump, Series 500 A-D. Note: Viscosity Range: Glue: Award will be made
on an ALL or NONE basic. Shipments will be due forty-days (45) days
after issuance of each delivery order. Note: All deliveries will be
F.O.B. Destination to FCI Latuna. All interested parties are required
to submit the listed samples. The samples will be tested for compliance
in accordance with all manufacturing and federal specifications. The
following minimum sample amounts are needed to determine whether the
products will work in our Hardman Triplematic Pump, Series 500 A-D
Machines. Hardener: ADH0013, (1) Five Gallon Container, Glue ADH0012,
(4) Gallon Containers. Material Safety Data Sheets must accompany the
product samples. Submit all samples to the Attention of: Ms. Elke
Westfall, Q.A. Manager, 8500 Doniphan Drive, Texas HWY 20, Anthony, TX
79821. Samples are required prior to shipping of each delivery order.
This is a "Best Value" solicitation/proposal with consideration given
