The Naval Air Warfare Center Training 08Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement for full-time operation of the Video Information Support Center (VISC) located at NAWCTSD, the U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM), the Public Safety Building (under construction in 2000), and any other Federal or State agency located in the Central Florida Research Park, Orlando, FL. Services to be provided include Visual Information Support Services (VISS) management, support photography, graphics, presentation services, library services, special studies, video teleconferencing, equipment maintenance, and operation of the Command's closed circuit television (CCTV), Satellite Learning Center, and major conference rooms. A single Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. The basic period of performance will be for one year and will commence on approximately 11 January 2000 with four one-year options. Some travel will be required. Contractor personnel shall be required to have a currentSecret security clearance. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business (see Note 1). The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 4899 with a size standard of $11M.
