Contractor to provide personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services at Whiteman AFB MO. Contract performance will be for a basic and four option periods. The solicitation will be set-aside for Small Business concerns. The standard industrial classification (SIC) and small business size standard for this procurement will be SIC 0782 /$5 Million. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available.
