The contract type shall be a "Requirements Contract" (per FAR subsection16.503), with Options (per FAR subsection 17.2) with an estimated 3 year (base year and two 1 year option periods) value estimated to be between $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000. This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Demonstration Program, SIC code 17. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 13 July 1999.
