System shall be converted from a refrigerant to air-cooled Liquid (water) system. Form and pour 24" x 12' 6" X 12" depth concrete pad extension. Concrete shall be fiber mesh with a minimum compressive strength of 3500 PSI. Furnish and install 30 ton air-cooled Liquid Chiller, model #CGAF-C30 as manufactured by Trane Company or an approved equal. Unit shall be 200/208 volt, 3-phase. Project range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this olicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1711 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
