Pitts, Contracting Officer at 301-504-1713 The USDA, ARS will contract for facilities operations, maintenance and administrative support services at the Eastern Regional Research Center in Wynmoor, Pennsylvania, on a performanced based, firm, fixed, price, incentive fee basis. The period of performance is for a one year base period and four twelve month option periods. The contractor will be required to provide electrical, plumbing, HVAC, health and safety, heating, carpentry, pipefitting, janitorial, reception, supply, mail room, asbestos abatement and administrative support services. This site is covered by a collective bargaining agreement with local union #115. There is a moderization effort underway and the contractor is required to interface with other contractors onsite.
