Disconnect capstan electrical connection and capstan foundation fasteners. Construct new foundation, route and connect new 480V power supply to relocated capstan. Work site is in a heavily industrialized area with congested underground utilities. Hand digging of electrical utility trench may be required due to interfering utilities. Newly installed underground conduit bank shall be routed under utility crossing trench. Procure professional services to locate underground utilities prior to excavation. Limited space is available in area requiring excavation. Tapered excavation will not be allowed, therefore temporary shoring will be required. The RFQ shall be available on or about June 21, 1999. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1731. The related Small Business Size Standard is $7 million. The estimated cost of the proposed procurement is between $25,000 to $50,000.
