(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation Number F64133-99-T0374. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification is 1629-Heavy Construction, Not Elsewhere Classified. The size standard is $17 million dollars. (v) Line Item 0001: Services Non-personal: To furnish all labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to resurface tennis courts adjacent to Bldg. 21000, Andersen AFB Guam. (vi) Requirements shall be accomplished in accordance with the statement of work and applicable drawings. Drawings shall be issued upon request. A site visit will be conducted 0900, 10 June 99. (vii) Place of performance is Andersen AFB. Contract completion time shall not exceed 66 calendar days (21 days mobilization period and 45 days on-site performance). Normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1600 hours.
