The work includes installation of a new 4" PVC sewer line; removal of existing water lines, valves, fittings, and fixtures; installing new PVC water lines, valves, fittings, and supports; installing Government furnished water closets and sinks; installing new urinal; installing new toilet partitions and toilet accessories; removing tile from shower walls and floor; installing new shower drain, grout floor, installing plastic panels on shower walls; installing new shower head and valve; installing new tile on bathroom floors; and painting interior and exterior of building. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and supplies in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the solicitation. No materials, labor or supplies will be furnished by the Forest Service unless specifically identified in the Government Furnished Property clause. Project range is $25,000 to $100,000.
