The soil will be removed from two different work sites, which are refered to as SWMU-6 and SWMU-8, from Cecil Field Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. The Subtitle "D" Landfill or treatment facility must be licensed per all applicable state, federal and local requirements. The Government will provide all labor and equipment to load trucks. Contractor will be required to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Work to start on or about July 26, 1999 and will last approximately 3 weeks. This acquisition is issued as a Small Business Set- Aside and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8744. The Small Business Size is 500 employees.
