Coast Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Northrup Grumman
Corporation, Electronic Sensors and Systems Division, Baltimore,
Maryland, to purchase 12 APG-66(V)2 radar Mid-Life Upgrade kits,
Nothrup Grumman part #544R547GO1, and update the associated aircraft
displays. Options for Northrup Grumman to install and integrate the
upgraded radar system and displays on 9 Coast Guard HU-25 aircraft,
upgrade 2 Coast Guard test benches, provide a WF-360 FLIR interface,
and provide an LN-100 interface will be included in the contract. Any
existing radar components required for the upgrade will be provided as
Government Furnished Equipment for upgrade to the (V)2 configuration
by the original equipment manufacturer. Companies supplying an upgrade
kit for the Northrup Grumman APG-66(V) radar have 15 days from the
publication of this synopsis to contact the Coast Guard. Written
responses are required and must be mailed to the above address. For

Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged
Business Utilization (OSDBU) has a program to assist minority,
women-owned and disadvantaged enterprises to acquire short term working
capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are
available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum
