The Government requests that interested small businesses submit a qualification package addressing the requirements contained herein. The Contractor will be required to provide all supervision, personnel, labor, equipment, vehicles, transportation, materials, tools, repair parts, and procure supplies necessary to maintain grounds and landscape designated areas which will be identified in the RFP. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, mowing; edging and trimming grass and weeds; prune and maintain trees, shrubs and perennial flowers; leaf removal; irrigate and maintain irrigation system with correction of soil erosion; debris removal; elimination of pests (weeds); repair damaged areas, fertilization; soil aeration; removal, replacement, transplanting, and/or planting trees, shrubs, and perennial flowers; support of special events; landscape work orders; provide customer support; and snow/ice removal.
