Terry Orange, Contracting Division, 918-669-7273 This solicitation is set aside for SBA section 8(a) firms only. The geographical area of participation is unlimited. This contract is for a broad range of maintenance repair and minor construction work on real property as a Job Order Contract(JOC) to McAlester Army Ammunition Plant(MAAP) DPW, McAlester, Oklahoma. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery contract. The contract Job Order Book will list greater than 25,000 tasks that may be ordered under the contract. The DPW will generate jobs that vary in size. Most are expected to be small to medium sized construction tasks that will require many construction trades such as, carpentry, road repair, roofing, excavation, interior electrical, steam fitting, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, asbestos abatement, demolition, environmental clean-up, concrete masonry, and welding. The contract will be for one year worth a maximum of $1.25 million a year with two option years.
