The proposed procurement action is for environmental equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 days of its publication and shall submit in writing, it's name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding it's capability to provide the specified service and the names, telephone numbers, and points of contact for businesses or other Government agencies to which it has previously provided similar services.
