Requirement consists of providing operator and directory assistance, performing administrative services, maintaining a telephone directory, and conducting switchboard training to military augmentees. The telephone switchboard and directory assistance services provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week worldwide connectivity and directory assistance for Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, Ft Fisher Recreational Facility and Dare County Bombing Range. Performance will commence on or about 01 Oct 99. The contract will include the anticipated base period from 01 Oct 99 _ 30 Sep 00 and possibly four (4) subsequent pre-priced one-year options. The resultant contract will be firm fixed-priced. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 7389 with a three-year average annual small business size standard of $5 million. The successful contractor will be selected using performance/price tradeoff procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-1, resulting in the Best Value to the Government.
