Pre-Solicitation Notice -- Repair Floors in Aircraft Hangars, Bldgs 217/302, HTUX 98-0101 at the 440th Airlift Wing/GMAIP/ARS, 300 East College Avenue, Milwaukee WI 53207-6299. Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to remove the existing floor coating materials, clean and prepare floor surfaces, and apply a new floor coating system on each of the two hangar floors in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Included in the project is the preparation and painting of the markings and borders of designated areas. Total floor area is approximately 53,000 SF. Performance time will be 60 calendar days. Construction magnitude is $100,000 to $250,000. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
