Work includes demolition of existing Main Truck Loading Ramp, construction of a new loading ramp with dock bumpers and high strength concrete. Gravel areas shall be constructed to withstand the load of miliary vehicles. Other work includes demolition, excavation, filling and backfill for buildings and parking areas, aggregate surface course, concrete for building construction, loading dock bumpers, electrical distribution system aerial, electrical distribution system underground and electrical work interior. Performance period is 120 calendar days. Project range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1771 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
