This solicitation invites proposals for the construction of the Main Post Office to be located on a 9.32 acre site on the east side of Merchants Drive north of Nathan Dean Boulevard, Dallas, GA, and containing approx. 27,000 gross sq. ft. of floor space. Work includes, but is not limited to steel frame construction, brick veneer exterior finish, concrete, masonry, carpentry, modified bitumen roofing, insulation, hollow metal doors, metal studs, gyp board, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, vinyl composition tile flooring, carpet, painting, store fixtures, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, utilities and other work associated with postal facilities.
