S -- GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AT THE LAUREL BAY HOUSING AREA, MCAS, BEAUFORT, SC SOL N62467-99-B-4929 POC Debbie Foss, 843/525-3527 extension 227 The intention of this solicitation is to obtain grounds maintenance services at Laurel Bay Family Housing Areas, MCAS, Beaufort, SC by means of a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, management, tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide grounds maintenance services. The operations to be performed shall include cutting grass, edging, plant and shrub pruning, weeding and mulching, trash and litter collection and disposal, street sweeping, paved ditch cleaning, raking, roof cleaning, underbrushing, removal of vegetation at fence lines, fertilizing and other miscellaneous services as described herein. If during the term of this contract the need arises to incorporate grounds maintenance services at the Beaufort Naval Hospital and/or the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island into this contract, the Government will modify the contract in accordance with the contract changes clause.
