This is a Pre-Solicitation notice for Project No. BKTZ982018, Repair Reserve Forces Operational Training Building 801. The United States Property and Fiscal office for Tennessee has a requirement to "Repair the HVAC System, Building 801" for the Tennessee Air National Guard, Nashville International Airport, Nashville, Tennessee. The scope of work for this contract shall include, but is not limited to the replacement of the existing gas/fuel oil fired hot water boiler and air conditioning system with a new energy efficient and environmentally friendly system. Repair shall include improvements to the air handling and control system. Maintenance shall include any necessary adjustments to the existing piping system. Alteration includes the installation of new boiler and air conditioning system. This work includes but is not limited to the demolition and removal of existing HVAC equipment and piping. The installation of new fan coil units, and electrical circuiting to the HVAC System shall be required. Demolition work shall include the removal of all scrap and demolished materials from this project's grounds. Performance period is 270 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A non-refundable certified check or money order (NO COMPANY CHECKS) in the amount of $80.00, made payable to the United States Treasury is required for the purchase of plans and specifications for this project.
