PROCUREMENT NOTICE -Project, "N68711-99-B-3342; REPAIRS TO BENNINGTON PLAZA & CONVERT BUILDINGS TO NATURAL GAS" will be at the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, California. Scope of project includes but is not limited to, convert six buildings from steam heating to natural gas, parking lot repairs, pavement demolition and installation, construct covered walkway and exterior building repairs. This project is unrestricted, with the award of this project is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This acquisition is for a firm fixed price contract, with a $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 estimated price range and a 180-calendar days completion time. The SIC Code is 1542. The related small business size standard is $17.0 million.
