The units must have the following characteristics: (1) 4:1 fixed mixing ratio; (2) remote mixing block which can be located at least 150 feet from spray rig; (3) ability and manifold to be able to support a minimum of three sprayers, four would be more desirable; (4) minimum 5000psi pressure capacity; (5) independent solvent pump for flushing from mixing block to spray guns; (6) ability to handle material supply from 55 gallon drums; (7) ability to dispense small unmixed quantities of paint at 4:1 ratio; (8) ability to heat paint components to 110 degrees prior to and during paint evolution; and (9) unit must be able to be handled with 5 ton forklift and also have labeled padeyes for handling with crane.
