The summary of work shall comprise the Design/Modernization of nine (9) elevators, consisting of seven(7)passenger traction elevators, one (1) passenger service traction elevator and one (1) passenger oil hydraulic elevator. Maintenance services are included. Two additional one-year maintenance options are to be priced and evaluated. An option of installing a new passenger traction elevator in an existing empty hoistway is to be priced. Large business concerns shall be required to provide maximum practicable opportunities for small business concerns, business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and women owned business concerns.
