Repair and Replace Various Types of Roofing and Related Work -- The work to be perform consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and performing all work required to repair and or replace as directed various types of roofing and related work throughout the Post Area, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland, together with all other incidental work at the site as may be required for completion of the work within the intent and scope of the specifications. The procurement is listed as an 8(a) set aside and is limited only to those Program participants having a bona fide place of business located within the geographical boundaries of the Baltimore District Office, pursuant to 13 CFR 124.507(c)(2). All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. The solicitation will be released on or about 12 July 1999 and close on or about 13 August 1999. The SIC Code applicable to this requirement is 1761 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million. Request for copies of the solicitation must be submitted in writing on company letterhead.
