The Army requires a contract for the furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work required in connection with Replacing Piping and Fittings under the Slab, Building 405, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Work includes but is not necessarily restricted to: demolishing quarry tile, concrete floor slap, and drain lines in indicated areas; temporarily re-locating kitchen equipment and final re-connection; installing new drain lines, cleanouts, floor and hub drains, traps, and fittings; patching floor slab and tile cut-out areas with new material; all incidental work required to complete the above, such as installing or applying joint sealants, grout, indirect waste lines, water, gas, sanitary sewer, electrical, and exhaust hook-ups to kitchen equipment moved, and other miscellaneous items required by the plans and contract specifications.
