Remove asbestos containg and asbestos contaminated materials from existing utilidor piping system, including all thermal insulation and gasketing material. Clean and encapsulate asbestos contaminated surfaces in existing utilidors. Install partitions at abatement limits. Remove, replace, and insulate existing condensate pipe, fittings, expansion joints, and accessories. Remove and replace existing steam main expansion joints, isolation valves, and accessories. Reinsulate steam piping system. remove and replace existing hydrant lateral stream traces. Repair existing pipe supports. Realign and regrade piping systems. Provide frost lids ant utilidor access manholes. Regrade utilidor floor. construct section of new utilidor and piping system with new manhole. Performance period is 120 calander days. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The SIC code for this procurement is 1632 and the size standard is 7 million. this procurement is unrestricted.
