The repairs on the 05-end of the runway are to be accomplished in a 10 calendar day window. The full scope of repairs to the 23-end are to be accomplished in an approximately 20 calendar day window separate from the repairs on the 05-end of the runway. The full scope of the 23-end repairs will be bid as an option. Under the initial announcement of this solicitation, a site visit was held on June 26, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. at Pope AFB.
