The Resident Officer in Charge of Construction intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for repairs, refinishing and stripping of various wooden floors and wooden floor systems as required by the US Naval Academy complex, Annapolis, MD. The work may include other miscellaneous work associated with the repairs of wooden floors and wooden floor systems. The resulting contract will be for a base year and four option periods, not to exceed a total duration of 5 years. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. Contract will be awarded using competitive negotiation procedures requiring the submission of technical proposals. Award will be made considering such evaluation criteria as specialized experience and technical approach. The solicitation will be issued 15 July 1999.
