TACOM plans to use a Multi Year Corporate firm fixed price with economic price adjustment, sole source contract, to procure 547 ea BFVS-A3 vehicles; also a single year requirement for 12 ea C2V vehicles and 26 ea BFIST vehicles. Spare and repair parts for the vehicles will also be acquired under the contract. 100% options shall apply to the vehicles and actions. TACOM will initially award a contract to UDLP for the C2V vehicles/spares. Following the initial award the contract will be modified to acquire BFIST vehicles/spares. At a later date long lead items associated with the initial A3 vehicle requirements will be added to the contract. The final phase of the plan will be the conversion of the contract to a multi-year effort for the A3 vehicles. UDLP will be required to submit a series of proposals, (1) C2V vehicles/spares, (2) BFIST vehicles/spares, (3) long lead for the A3 vehicles, and (4) multi-year vehicles/spares.
