Services required include support in analysis of technical, legislative, regulatory and policy initiatives related to domestic and international oil and gas exploration, resource recovery, processing, transportation, and utilization; economic and environmental analysis; assessment of oil and gas industry issues and trends; oil and gas resource and market analysis; oil and gas modeling; oil and gas import and export; and oil and gas international activities. This in a full and open unrestricted competition under SIC 8742. The contract is anticipated to be a cost-plus-fixed-fee instrument for a two year base and three on-year options.
