The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington, D.C. has a requirement for career decision workshops and counseling training sessions for the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO). The career decision workshops will be for junior officers and will address aspects of both Navy and private sector career choices. The counseling training sessions will be for senior officers and will provide them with skills to counsel junior officers. The period of performance is from 01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000. The 6-month option provision contained in FAR 52.217-8, "Option to Extend Services (AUG 1989)" will be contained in the solicitation and subsequent contract.
