STL 99-0195, Stripe Parking Lots, base wide, 3200 South Second Street Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and transportation for performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for striping the parking lots. Work is to include removing the existing parking space numbers/letters, and handicap designations. The contractor will then clean the parking lot and paint stripes, space numbers, handicap designations, and traffic control markings (both vehicular and pedestrian). The work shall be performed by a painting contractor who has at least five years experience in the field of painting. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 60 days. The contractor shall be required to perform all of the work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 -- $100,000. This work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street, which is east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in south City of St. Louis.
