Work consists of demolition of slabs and foundation walls at a former dairy farm located on the Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge at the Oregon Coast near Oretown, in Tillamook County. Depending on the quotes, the work will consist of either offsite removal and disposal of approximately 650 CY of existing reinforced concrete slabs and foundation walls from a former dairy farm OR the removal, crushing to 3/4" minus, and stockpiling of the concrete at the job site. Also included in the work is the removal and disposal of approximately 40 CY of asphalt concrete slab and 85,000 gallons of manure sludge. Estimated project cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
