Region 2, has a requirement for an experienced contractor to provide
any and all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, permits, licenses
and services necessary to remove existing barbed wire fencing and
install Government-furnished barbed wire fencing at the Washita/Optima
National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Custer County, Oklahoma. Work
includes removal of approximately 16 miles of existing 4-strand barbed
wire fence, install approximately 16 miles of Government-furnished 4
and 3 strand barbed wire fence. This acquisition is issued under the
Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, SIC Code 1799,
and is open to both large and small business. The price range for this
project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Issue date is on or about
