A five-year warranty and employment of a NACE III inspector shall be required. Project includes painting of facilities ranging from single story masonry, concrete or wood structures to water storage towers and communications towers lead-based and asbestos abatement has been identified in this project. Prior experience in painting these types of facilites is required. A firm fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite quantity(IDIQ) contract is contemplated. Period of performance consists of base year with four option years. The applicable SIC Code and size standard for this acquisiton is 1721/$7.0M. This solicitation is unrestricted.
