Hofmann, Contracting Officer, (410)436-2209 The AMC Acquisition Center is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified sources to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide training land management in support of the Army's Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) program which is managed by the Army Environmental Center. The ITAM program supports sound natural and cultural resource management practices to provide stewardship of land assets, while sustaining those assets to support training, testing, and other installation missions. Support Services include but are not limited to the four major elements of the ITAM program: (1) Training Requirements Integration (TRI), (2) Land Condition Trend Analysis (LCTA), (3) Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM), and (4) Environmental Awareness (EA). Support shall be for installations, both CONUS and OCONUS, major commands and Headquarters Department of the Army. Performance of the contract will require a security clearance of up to SECRET. Task Orders issued under this contract will be either cost reimbursable or fixed price arrangements as determined by the type and complexity of the requirement. The estimated ordering period for this effort is 54 months. Estimated release date for RFP DAAD13-99-R -- 0028 is July 14, 1999 with responses due within 30 days after release.
