Construction Documents are available to all bidders and may be reviewed at Building 426, at the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contractors may obtain copies of these documents by contacting Ms. Roseanna Pierce, 518-561-0232, ext. 14. The site visit will be held on Thursday, July 15, 1999 at 1:30 p.m., starting at the PARC offices. The sealed bid for this contract must be received at PARC, no later than July 22, 1999 at 2:30 p.m. If the bids are mailed, the envelope must state "Modifications to Main Hangar Building 2763 -- Blockhouse Doors" on it.
