The SIC Code is 5091. This is an IDIQ contract with a Base Year & 4 Option Years. The Government intends to award up to 3 contracts at an estimate of $1,000,000.00 for each contract. The project will be advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. This award will be made on Best Value. Work includes approximately 200 playgrounds and entails repair of existing equipment, demolition and removal of old equipment, site preparation, installation of new equipment, preparation of surfaces around equipment and landscaping. Playground installation will be in acordance with the Handbook for Public Playground Safety, U.S. Consumer Produc Safety Commission and ADA standard for playgrounds. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. In order to comply with the Deb Collection Improvement Act of 1996, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for award of a Federal Contract.
