Draft and final reports will be required. Contractors must have a demonstrated and well documented performance in the restaurant/food service arena. Award of contract will be based upon the merit of the evaluation factors identified in Section M entitled "Evaluation Factors for Award". Offerors shall submit their proposal in accordance with the instructions provided in Section L of the Solicitation. Requests for copies of the solicitation must be received not later than 27 Jul 99. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government.
