The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to issue a competitive Request for Quotation for Building the Marketing Capacity of NHTSA -- Social Marketing training for Office of Communications and Outreach office. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is responsible for reducing deaths, injuries and economic losses resulting from motor vehicles, and promoting safe behavior among those who use American's roads and vehicles. The contractor shall provide a course of education and training including the development of supporting resource manual to the entire staff of Office of Communications and Outreach office (20-25 persons) that will create an in-house social marketing expertise to increase NHTSA's effectiveness and efficiency in developing and implementing educational programs that motivate people to practice safe behaviors when driving, riding or walking in traffic.
